Richard Brenton
Richard Brenton is the founder and creative force behind MPC. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, professional communications, presentation development, and public speaking, Richard has spent much of his career helping professionals take complex ideas and communicate them with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. He holds a Master's degree in Direct and Interactive Marketing from New York University.
Richard founded MPC around a simple premise: technology has fundamentally changed how professionals reach and build trust with an audience, but effective communication remains fundamentally human. He developed MPC's integrated approach to video production, on-camera coaching, content and script development, technology, distribution, and training. As Founder and Creative Director, Richard leads the company's vision, messaging, creative strategy, and presentation methodology, with a particular focus on helping professionals translate their expertise and personality into compelling communication. His philosophy is captured in MPC's guiding idea: "It's you, better."
Miranda Crangle
Miranda Crangle is Co-Founder of MPC and co-developer of the company's Market, Present, Close methodology. She leads MPC's client relations and data analytics functions, connecting the human side of the client relationship with the measurement necessary to continually improve results. Miranda is also credited alongside Richard in Going Silent, MPC's playbook for financial professionals navigating the transition to video.
As Head of Client Relations & Data Analytics, Miranda works with clients to understand their objectives, coordinate implementation, monitor engagement, interpret performance data, and identify opportunities for continued improvement. Her role bridges two disciplines often treated separately — relationships and data — helping transform MPC's creative and communication capabilities into a measurable, repeatable client process. Miranda holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
Howard March
Howard March is a seasoned business development and sales executive with a leadership career spanning technology, financial services, importing, manufacturing, and emerging-growth companies. At MPC, Howard leads business development and marketing strategy, bringing the Market, Present, Close methodology to the marketplace. He is responsible for developing strategic relationships, identifying new market opportunities, cultivating prospective clients, and connecting their business and communication challenges with MPC's capabilities. His role extends beyond traditional sales, helping shape how MPC positions its services and expands its market presence. Howard has previously held executive positions including COO, President, and Vice President of Sales. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College and serves as a member of its Business Advisory Council.
Bryan Spina
Bryan Spina is a Business Administration graduate whose role at MPC sits at the intersection of technology, creativity, client engagement, and implementation. A creative problem-solver, Bryan helps translate MPC's strategies and capabilities into practical solutions that clients can understand, adopt, and use.
Bryan supports marketing initiatives, technology and platform development, client demonstrations, workflow implementation, and troubleshooting while taking an increasingly important role in client onboarding, training, and ongoing client interaction. He helps prospective and existing clients understand MPC's production processes, content tools, technology, and distribution systems and assists them in integrating those capabilities into their businesses. His role serves as a bridge between MPC's creative, technical, and client-facing functions. Bryan also brings an entrepreneurial perspective developed through hands-on experience building and monetizing his own personal brand.
Together, the complete Market, Present, Close ecosystem.
Four disciplines, one methodology — each leader owns a different stage of how a firm goes from expertise to visibility.
Richard shapes the vision and communication; Miranda develops the methodology, client relationships, and measurement; Bryan helps implement the technology and train the client; and Howard develops the markets and relationships that drive growth.
